Appointment of diagnosis and treatment is the inevitable development trend of domestic hospitals. By literature review and case analysis, the paper introduces the practice and effect of diagnosis and treatment appointment service carried out by Peking University Shenzhen Hospital and puts forward countermeasures corresponding to existing problems, as well as reference for the implementation of diagnosis and treatment appointment service in Shenzhen and even the whole country.
