目的：探讨游离神经移植修复在周围神经损伤患者中的临床治疗效果。方法：对来笔者医院诊断、治疗的50例周围神经损伤患者相关资料进行分析，根据患者不同治疗方法将其分为两组，每组各25例，对照组采用单纯的神经游离移植，试验组实施带血管的神经游离移植，比较两组治疗效果。结果：试验组92.0%患者对修复方案给予肯定评价，高于对照组的76.0%；试验组92.0%对修复方案满意，高于对照组的72.0%；试验组ADL评分为（16.2±3.7）分，躯体功能评分为（59.6±7.5）分，心理功能评分为（65.8±9.2）分，社会功能评分为（57.2±6.5）分，均高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组并发症发生率为8.0%，低于对照组的28.0%。结论：周围神经损伤发病率较高，临床上采用带血管的神经游离移植修复效果理想，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토유리신경이식수복재주위신경손상환자중적림상치료효과。방법：대래필자의원진단、치료적50례주위신경손상환자상관자료진행분석，근거환자불동치료방법장기분위량조，매조각25례，대조조채용단순적신경유리이식，시험조실시대혈관적신경유리이식，비교량조치료효과。결과：시험조92.0%환자대수복방안급여긍정평개，고우대조조적76.0%；시험조92.0%대수복방안만의，고우대조조적72.0%；시험조ADL평분위（16.2±3.7）분，구체공능평분위（59.6±7.5）분，심리공능평분위（65.8±9.2）분，사회공능평분위（57.2±6.5）분，균고우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；시험조병발증발생솔위8.0%，저우대조조적28.0%。결론：주위신경손상발병솔교고，림상상채용대혈관적신경유리이식수복효과이상，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To explore the free nerve graft repair clinical outcomes in patients with peripheral nerve injury.Method:The data of 50 patients with peripheral nerve injury was analyzed,according to the different methods of treatment,the patients were divided into two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated by a simple nerve graft,the experimental group was implemented the free vascularized nerve transplant treatment,the effect of two groups were compared.Result:92.0% of patients in the experimental group affirmed rehabilitation program evaluation, higher than control group of 76.0%.92.0% for the experimental group rehabilitation program satisfaction was higher than the control group of 72.0%.The experimental group of ADL scores were (16.2±3.7)points,physical function scores were (59.6±7.5)points,psychological function score were (65.8±9.2)points,social function score were (57.2±6.5) points,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group of the complication rate was 8.0% lower than the control group of 28.0%.Conclusion:The higher incidence of peripheral nerve injury,the use of free vascularized nerve graft to repair the ideal clinical effect and should be introduced.
