目的：通过对妇产科手术中注意事项的分析与总结，为以后手术打下良好基础，最大程度的缓解患者的痛苦。方法结合有关资料，对本科室收治的50例患者进行回顾性总结，分析对患者进行手术时所用进行注意的各个事项，通过有效的总结，进一步明确妇产科临床手术中应该注意的事项。结果我院收治的50例患者在经过手术治疗后，47例患者手术效果明显，患者恢复健康；有两例患者因产后大出血造成死亡，另外1例患者因血液病转送上级医院进行救治。结论在妇产科手术中，由于妇女身体的特殊性，在进行手术时，所要进行考虑的事项较多，很容易造成手术感染，严重的情况下患者生命安收到威胁。对妇产科手术的注意事项进行回顾总结，有利于提高救治的有效程度，为患者的生命安全提供有力支撑。

Objective To obstetrics and gynecology operation of attention and the analysis, lay a good foundation for the operation, the maximum degree of ease the pain of patients. Methods Combining the relevant information, 50of undergraduate course room admitted patients were analyzed retrospectively, analyzed all the matters ofattention for operation on the patients, through effective summary, further clarify the matters should be paid attention to in clinical obstetrics and Gynecology operation. Results 50 cases of our hospital patients afteroperation treatment, 47 patients with obvious operation effect, the patients recovered;two patients with postpartum hemorrhage cause of death, and another patient because blood disease transfer higher hospital for treatment.Conclusion In the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology operation, because of the particularity of women's body, at the time of the operation, to consider matters more, very easy to cause the operation infection, severe cases of patients received threats to life safety. The points for attention in obstetrics and gynecology operationwere analyzed retrospectively, conducive to the effective degree of improve the treatment, provide powerful support for the life safety of patients.
