新常态下的地方高校正面临着“应用技术型大学”的深度转型。青年教师作为新时期高校教师队伍的主体,其教学能力、教学水平却不容乐观,与“应用型”高校的转型发展存在一定的差距。故学校应转变办学思路,引导青年教师转变教学观念,加强对青年教师教学能力的培养。青年教师在树立现代教学理念、掌握现代教学方法的同时,也应通过社会实践,不断强化自身的“双能”本领。

Local universities under the “new normal”background are confronted with the deeply tansitional period towards “Applied Techinique-oriented Universities”. Young teachers, as the main body of university teaching staff, appear to be weak in teaching ability and teaching level, which poses a problem to the development of moving towards “application-oriented ” univerisities. So universities should transform their schooling ideas and prompt young teachers to adjust their teaching concepts, putting emphasis on the cultivation of teaching ability. While young teachers establish modern teaching principles and have a solid command of modern teaching methods , they should constantly reinforce the capability of “dual-talented”teachers by plunging into social practice.
