原发性高血压严重威胁患者的生命健康，是心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素。目前，原发性高血压的治疗仍以药物治疗为主，但药物治疗存在不良反应多、疗程长、停药后血压波动大等缺点；近年来，非药物疗法越来越受到人们关注。本文综述了原发性高血压运动疗法的研究进展，探究运动疗法对原发性高血压的影响、内在机制等，以期为原发性高血压患者采用科学、合理的运动疗法提供参考。

Essential hypertension is a major cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,badly threating the patients'health. Drug therapy is the main therapy of essential hypertension at present,but it has several disadvantages,such as adverse reactions,long - course of treatment and large fluctuations of blood pressure after drug withdrawal, non - medical therapeutic is more and more popular at recent years. This paper reviewed the progress on exercise therapy of essential hypertension,investigated the intrinsic mechanism, in order to provide references of scientific, rational choice of exercise therapy for patients with essential hypertension.
