近年来，苏州开放型经济增速明显放缓，“新常态”特征显著。在新的发展阶段，苏州开放型经济必须加快确立转型发展的新思路，更加注重平稳发展、多元平衡和结构优化，突出平台打造，全面深化改革创新，努力增创“新常态”下开放发展新优势。
近年來，囌州開放型經濟增速明顯放緩，“新常態”特徵顯著。在新的髮展階段，囌州開放型經濟必鬚加快確立轉型髮展的新思路，更加註重平穩髮展、多元平衡和結構優化，突齣平檯打造，全麵深化改革創新，努力增創“新常態”下開放髮展新優勢。
근년래，소주개방형경제증속명현방완，“신상태”특정현저。재신적발전계단，소주개방형경제필수가쾌학립전형발전적신사로，경가주중평은발전、다원평형화결구우화，돌출평태타조，전면심화개혁창신，노력증창“신상태”하개방발전신우세。
In recent years, Suzhou open economy growth is markedly slowing down, which features the characteris?tics of“new normal”. In the new stage of development, Suzhou must come up with new ideas of speeding up the es?tablishment of its open economic transformation, pay more attention to the stable development, multi-balance and structure optimization, build a prominent platform, deepen reform and innovation comprehensively, and strive to cre?ate new advantages of the open development under the new normal of economic development.
