目的：观察扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效及对机体免疫功能和肝功能的影响。方法将116例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组各58例。2组均给予阿德福韦酯口服，观察组在此基础上联合口服扶正化瘀胶囊。观察并比较2组治疗前后肝功能、肝纤维化、免疫功能、中医证侯变化情况，统计2组药物不良反应。结果治疗后2组肝功能、肝纤维化及免疫功能各指标均较治疗前明显改善（P 均<0.05），且观察组改善情况优于对照组（P均<0.05）。治疗后2组胁痛、少寐多梦、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、手足心热发生率均明显低于治疗前，且观察组少寐多梦、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸软、手足心热发生率显著低于对照组（P 均<0.05）。2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论扶正化瘀胶囊联合阿德福韦酯能够显著提高慢性乙型肝炎患者机体免疫功能，改善中医证侯，抑制肝纤维化，进而改善肝功能，且安全性良好，适合临床推广应用。
목적：관찰부정화어효낭연합아덕복위지치료만성을형간염환자적료효급대궤체면역공능화간공능적영향。방법장116례만성을형간염환자수궤분성관찰조여대조조각58례。2조균급여아덕복위지구복，관찰조재차기출상연합구복부정화어효낭。관찰병비교2조치료전후간공능、간섬유화、면역공능、중의증후변화정황，통계2조약물불량반응。결과치료후2조간공능、간섬유화급면역공능각지표균교치료전명현개선（P 균<0.05），차관찰조개선정황우우대조조（P균<0.05）。치료후2조협통、소매다몽、두훈이명、요슬산연、수족심열발생솔균명현저우치료전，차관찰조소매다몽、두훈이명、요슬산연、수족심열발생솔현저저우대조조（P 균<0.05）。2조균미발현명현불량반응。결론부정화어효낭연합아덕복위지능구현저제고만성을형간염환자궤체면역공능，개선중의증후，억제간섬유화，진이개선간공능，차안전성량호，괄합림상추엄응용。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule( FHC)combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil Tab-lets in treatment of patient with chronic hepatitis B and its influence on immune function of the body and liver function. Meth-ods 116 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group. All the patients in two groups were given Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets,and patients in observation group added with FHC. The liver function,fibrosis,immune function,TCM syndrome integral and adverse drug reactions between two groups were compared. Results The liver function,fibrosis and immune function of two groups were markedly improved after treatment than before( all P<0. 05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group( all P <0. 05). The hypochondriac pain,insomnia and dreaminess,dizziness and tinnitus,soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dysphoria heat incidence after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment in two groups(all P <0. 05),and the insomnia and dreaminess,dizziness and tinnitus,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dysphoria heat incidence after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0. 05). There was no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion FHC combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil Tablets can significantly improve the in-dexes of immune function and liver fibrosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B,its security is good,and it suitable for clinical application.
