目的：观察黄芪颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘（ CVA）的临床疗效及对患者诱导痰白细胞介素（ IL）-10和 IL-6的表达影响。方法将120例 CVA 患者随机分为2组，治疗组60例给予黄芪颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗，对照组60例给予沙美特罗替卡松治疗。另选健康体检者50例作为正常组。采用ELISA法测定各组诱导痰中IL-10和 IL-6表达水平。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前 IL-10表达水平比较差异无统计学意义，但均显著低于正常组（P均<0.01）。治疗28 d后治疗组和对照组 IL -10表达水平均显著高于治疗前（P均<0.01），且治疗组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组和对照组治疗前IL-6表达水平比较差异统计学意义，但均显著高于正常组（P均<0.01）。治疗28 d后治疗组和对照组 IL-6表达水平均显著低于治疗前（P均<0.01），且治疗组显著低于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗组愈显率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论黄芪颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松可显著升高 CVA患者 IL-10表达水平，降低 IL-6表达水平，临床疗效较好。

목적：관찰황기과립연합사미특라체잡송치료해수변이성효천（ CVA）적림상료효급대환자유도담백세포개소（ IL）-10화 IL-6적표체영향。방법장120례 CVA 환자수궤분위2조，치료조60례급여황기과립연합사미특라체잡송치료，대조조60례급여사미특라체잡송치료。령선건강체검자50례작위정상조。채용ELISA법측정각조유도담중IL-10화 IL-6표체수평。결과치료조화대조조치료전 IL-10표체수평비교차이무통계학의의，단균현저저우정상조（P균<0.01）。치료28 d후치료조화대조조 IL -10표체수평균현저고우치료전（P균<0.01），차치료조현저고우대조조（P<0.05）。치료조화대조조치료전IL-6표체수평비교차이통계학의의，단균현저고우정상조（P균<0.01）。치료28 d후치료조화대조조 IL-6표체수평균현저저우치료전（P균<0.01），차치료조현저저우대조조（P <0.05）。치료조유현솔명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。치료조여대조조불량반응발생솔비교차이무통계학의의。결론황기과립연합사미특라체잡송가현저승고 CVA환자 IL-10표체수평，강저 IL-6표체수평，림상료효교호。
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Astragalus Granule in treatment of patients with cough variant asthma( CVA)combined with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate and its influence on the expression of interleu-kin(IL)-10 and IL -6. Methods 120 patients with CVA were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in treatment group were treated with Astragalus Granule combined with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate,and 60 cases in control group were treated with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate. 50 cases of healthy people were used as nor-mal control group. The ELISA method was used for the detection of IL-10 and IL-6 expression. Results There was no sig-nificant difference in the expression level of IL-10 between two groups before treatment(P >0. 05),but they were signifi-cantly lower than that in normal control group(P <0. 01). The expression level of IL -10 in treatment group and control group after treatment for 28 days were significantly higher than that before treatment(all P <0. 01),and that in treatment group was higher than that control group(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the expression level of IL -6 in treatment group and control group before treatment(P >0. 05),they were significantly higher than that in normal control group(all P<0. 01). The expression level of IL -6 in treatment group and control group after treatment for 28 days,they were significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0. 01),and that in treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The significantly effective rate of clinical effect in treatment group was superior to control group(P <0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction(P >0. 05). Conclusion Astragalus Granule combined with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate can significantly increase the expression level of IL -10,de-crease the expression level of IL-6 in patients with CVA,and have a better clinical efficacy.
