目的：观察五参汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月哈尔滨二四二医院收治的114例病毒性心肌炎患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组57例。对照组患者给予三磷酸胞苷联合维生素或辅酶Q10治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加服五参汤。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果对照组患者显效18例、有效28例、无效11例，观察组患者显效36例、有效19例、无效2例；观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P﹤0.05）。观察组患者无一例出现明显不良反应，对照组有11例患者出现Ⅰ~Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞。结论五参汤治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效确切，且无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰오삼탕치료병독성심기염적림상료효。방법선취2013년2월—2014년2월합이빈이사이의원수치적114례병독성심기염환자，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조57례。대조조환자급여삼린산포감연합유생소혹보매Q10치료，관찰조환자재대조조기출상가복오삼탕。비교량조환자치료후림상료효급불량반응정황。결과대조조환자현효18례、유효28례、무효11례，관찰조환자현효36례、유효19례、무효2례；관찰조환자림상료효우우대조조（P﹤0.05）。관찰조환자무일례출현명현불량반응，대조조유11례환자출현Ⅰ~Ⅱ도방실전도조체。결론오삼탕치료병독성심기염적림상료효학절，차무명현불량반응。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of wushen decoction on viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 114 patients with viral myocarditis were selected in the 242ed Hospital of Harbin,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 57 cases. Patients of control group were treated with cytidine triphosphate combined with vitamin or coenzyme Q10 ,while patients of observation group were treated with wushen decoction based on the treatment of control group. Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, 18 cases got excellent effect,28 cases got good effect,11 cases was invalid;in the observation group,36 cases got excellent effect,19 cases got good effect,2 cases was invalid,the clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P﹤0. 05). No one of observation group occurred obvious adverse reactions,while 11 patients of control group occurred Ⅰ toⅡ atrioventricular block. Conclusion Wushen decoction has certain clinical effect on viral myocarditis, without obvious adverse reactions.
