对烟草材料K326进行不同浓度Cd处理,分别测定其团棵期、旺长期、打顶期、成熟期的生物量及团棵期叶片矿质元素含量。结果表明:高浓度Cd胁迫对烟草生长产生抑制效果,低浓度Cd胁迫对烟草生长有促进作用。烟草叶片对Cd的吸收与Mn、Zn、Cu的积累量相关性较好,而与Ca、Mg、Fe的积累量相关性较弱。
對煙草材料K326進行不同濃度Cd處理,分彆測定其糰棵期、旺長期、打頂期、成熟期的生物量及糰棵期葉片礦質元素含量。結果錶明:高濃度Cd脅迫對煙草生長產生抑製效果,低濃度Cd脅迫對煙草生長有促進作用。煙草葉片對Cd的吸收與Mn、Zn、Cu的積纍量相關性較好,而與Ca、Mg、Fe的積纍量相關性較弱。
대연초재료K326진행불동농도Cd처리,분별측정기단과기、왕장기、타정기、성숙기적생물량급단과기협편광질원소함량。결과표명:고농도Cd협박대연초생장산생억제효과,저농도Cd협박대연초생장유촉진작용。연초협편대Cd적흡수여Mn、Zn、Cu적적루량상관성교호,이여Ca、Mg、Fe적적루량상관성교약。
The tobacco cultivar K326 was used as material for this test .After treated with different con-centrations of Cd , its biomass at rosette stage , vigorous growing stage , topping stage , mature stage were deter-mined and also the mineral element contents in leaves .The results showed that the tobacco growth was inhibi-ted by higher concentrations of Cd but promoted by lower concentrations of Cd .The Cd absorption had better correlation with the accumulation of Mn , Zn and Cu in tobacco leaves , but had lower correlation with the ac-cumulation of Ca , Mg and Fe .
