目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)24小时运行模式,为医院建立PIVAS运行模式提供参考。方法:总结分析我院PIVAS 24小时运行对各个环节、流程的不断优化与探索情况,提出管理要素与思考。结果:PIVAS 24小时运行模式已建立了具体可行的工作流程、各个岗位的工作细则、24小时模式运行下成品输液安全质量控制措施、突发事件应急预案,同时能够降低PIVAS运行成本。结论:PIVAS 24小时运行模式切实可行,能保障成品输液的质量,实现药学人员由药品供应型向临床服务型的转变,把护士还给患者,值得推广。

목적:탐토정맥용약조배중심(PIVAS)24소시운행모식,위의원건립PIVAS운행모식제공삼고。방법:총결분석아원PIVAS 24소시운행대각개배절、류정적불단우화여탐색정황,제출관리요소여사고。결과:PIVAS 24소시운행모식이건립료구체가행적공작류정、각개강위적공작세칙、24소시모식운행하성품수액안전질량공제조시、돌발사건응급예안,동시능구강저PIVAS운행성본。결론:PIVAS 24소시운행모식절실가행,능보장성품수액적질량,실현약학인원유약품공응형향림상복무형적전변,파호사환급환자,치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the 24-hour operation mode of pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS)so as to provide a reference for setting up an operating mode for the hospital PIVAS to be constructed. Methods:A summary and exploration were made of the 24-hour operation mode in the improvement of every sector and working procedure of PIVAS in our hospital,and the key points of management and considerations were pro-posed.Results:In the PIVAS 24-hour operation mode,a concrete and feasible workflow and working rules in vari-ous positions,the safety and quality control measures for finished product transfusion under 24-hour operation and the emergency contingency plan have been established,from which the operating cost of PIVAS was reduced. Conclusion:PIVAS 24-hour operation mode is feasible and practicable and can ensure the quality of finished prod-uct transfusion. It is helpful for the transformation from the pattern of drug supply to a clinical service by pharma-cist,so that it is possible for nurses to return to patients. It is worthy of promotion.
