目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子对急性脑血管疾病患者认知功能和运动功能的影响。方法选择惠州市第一人民医院2012年10月—2013年10月收治的急性脑血管疾病患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。两组患者入院后均给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予鼠神经生长因子,连续治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、简易精神状态量表( MMSE)评分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能( FMA)评分及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗前神经功能缺损评分、MMSE评分、FMA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义( P﹥0.05);观察组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,MMSE评分和FMA评分高于对照组( P﹤0.05)。两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分均低于治疗前,MMSE评分和FMA评分均高于治疗前( P﹤0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子能有效减轻急性脑血管疾病患者神经功能缺损程度,改善患者认知功能和肢体运动功能。

Objective To investigate the impact of mouse nerve growth factor ( mNGF ) on cognitive function and motor function of patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases were selected in the First People's Hospital of Huizhou from October 2012 to October 2013,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 45 cases. Patients of both groups were given conventional treatment after admission,and patients of observation group were given extra mNGF for 4 weeks. NFDS score,MMSE score,FMA score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of NFDS score,MMSE score or FMA score was found between the two groups before treatment(P﹥0. 05);NFDS score of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,while MMSE score and FMA score of observation group were higher than those of control group after treatment ( P ﹤0. 05 ). NFDS score of both groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,while MMSE score and FMA score of both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P﹤0. 05). No statistically significant differences of incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ). Conclusion mNGF can effectively reduce the severity of nervous functional defects,improve the cognitive function and motor function of patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases.
