为总结硼替佐米在多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者中的成本效益及存在偏差的原因。本文通过检索2003-2014年期间的相关研究，采用2013人均国民生产总值系统总结硼替佐米方案治疗MM的基线增量成本效益比。经分析，硼替佐米作为干细胞移植前诱导治疗，在不适合干细胞移植的MM患者中的一线治疗，以及复发/难治性MM治疗中均具有较强的成本效益优势。但由于缺乏直接比较的证据，含有硼替佐米的联合治疗在治疗不适用干细胞移植MM患者和复发/难治性MM患者中的成本效益中存在明显差异，仍需要未来研究进一步澄清。

To summarize the results of cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA)of Bortezomib(BTZ) in treating multiple myeloma (MM) and explore possible bias contributing to the discrepancy associated with the cost-effectiveness. Literature search was conducted to identify published data during the year of 2003 to 2014. The reported incremental cost-effectiveness ratios associated with BTZ treatments were adjusted by 2013 country-specific gross domestic product per capita for summary and comparisons. When compared to conventional therapy, BTZ was cost-effective as an induction treatment prior to SCT, a first-line treatment for MM ineligible for SCT, and treatment for relapse/refractory MM. However, future investigations are needed to further clarify the cost-effectiveness of BTZ-contained treatments for previously untreated MM but ineligible for SCT and relapse/refractory MM.
