随着大学生党员队伍的壮大，提高大学生党员教育的针对性势在必行。以安徽财经大学为例，从社会认同的视角出发，在阐述大学生党员社会认同的基础上，分析当代大学生党员社会认同存在的不全面、不平衡、不一致现象，提出从加深学生党员的认知认同、强化学生党员的评价认同、巩固学生党员的情感认同等途径来加强学生党员管理。

With the scale expending of the CPC university members, it is necessary that enhancing the education pertinence of the CPC university members. The article takes the Anhui University of Finance & Economics for example, based on the CPC university members’ social identity, analyzes the incomplete, imbalance and inconsistent phenomenon of social identity, and comes up with the management policies from the cognitive identity, evaluation identity, affective commitment and other points of views.
