智慧学习是当代教育信息化的新发展，个性化在线学习系统是实现智慧学习的一种有效途径。从智慧学习视角出发，依托学习分析技术，构建云环境下的个性化在线学习系统，以实现技术与教学的深度融合，实现因材施教。该文在智慧学习、学习分析技术等理论与方法基础上，探讨了利用学习分析技术实现个性化学习的思路；进而阐述了系统功能架构，实现目标及相应的技术方法；构建了能分析学习者学习行为和知识状态，按需推送合适的学习资源，并提供适时的学习干预的个性化在线学习系统；并以大学《C语言课程设计》为案例，评估系统效用。

Smart learning is the new demands of contemporary education informationize. The personalized learning system is to implement a way to learn wisdom. Learn from smart learning perspective, relying on learning analysis technology, build a cloud environment personalized learning system, in order to realize the depth of the technology and teaching integration, realize to teach student in accordance of their aptitude.
