信息技术与教育教学融合是当前国家教育信息化建设与发展的主方向,在这一背景下,推动广大教师信息技术环境下的教学能力提升是当前教育信息化深化发展最为迫切的任务。该文基于北京数字学校校际协作项目,以参与项目的14所学校为研究对象,采用国际上关于教师信息化环境下的能力模型TPACK为依据,结合北京数字学校校际协作活动的实践体悟,设计调查问卷,并进行数据分析,以发掘一线教师信息化环境下教学能力基本的现状、提升途径。结果表明:教师在融合技术的教学法能力上还比较弱,表现出了差异化的发展需求;观摩、反思是一线教师认可的专业能力提升途径;通过校际之间的协作搭建学科教学与技术实践融合的交流平台具有重要的实践意义。

The integration of ICT technology in education is the main direction of national education information construction and development, under this background, promoting teacher’s capability in ICT environment is the most urgent task at present. This thesis is based on the research of inter-scholastic collaborative project involving 14 schools from Beijing Digital School, which use international model TPACK describe teacher’s capability in ICT environment, carry out inter-scholastic collaborative activities, questionnaire design, and data analysis to explore basic status for in-service teacher’s capability. According to the carried out research work, the ifndings suggest that teachers’ capability for integrating technology in practice is still relatively weak, and also showing a difference requirement for different levels of professional development. For professional development, inspect and learn from each other’s teaching activity is recognized as the most effective professional development approach. With this requirement, inter-school collaboration to facilitate professional development in ICT environment has most important signiifcance in practice.
