为深入贯彻落实《构建利用信息化手段扩大优质教育资源覆盖面有效机制的实施方案》(教技[2014]6号)的要求,2015年3月中央电化教育馆调研了江苏省泰州市教育信息化工作。通过座谈、走访、听汇报、查阅资料、实地查看、听随堂课等办法,调研组全面深入了解了泰州市利用教育信息化助推基础教育优质均衡发展和创新实施“泰微课”项目扩大优质教育资源覆盖面的做法与经验。调研组认为,泰州市教育信息化在助推基础教育优质均衡发展方面具有政府主导、应用导向和自主创新三大特点,“泰微课”是填平城乡教育鸿沟的一个便捷可行的手段,为信息技术助力教育均衡发展提供了新思路。“泰微课”在统筹机制、推进机制、激励机制和多元化应用的创新实施,为大力推进“网络学习空间人人通”提供了有意义的参考与借鉴。
為深入貫徹落實《構建利用信息化手段擴大優質教育資源覆蓋麵有效機製的實施方案》(教技[2014]6號)的要求,2015年3月中央電化教育館調研瞭江囌省泰州市教育信息化工作。通過座談、走訪、聽彙報、查閱資料、實地查看、聽隨堂課等辦法,調研組全麵深入瞭解瞭泰州市利用教育信息化助推基礎教育優質均衡髮展和創新實施“泰微課”項目擴大優質教育資源覆蓋麵的做法與經驗。調研組認為,泰州市教育信息化在助推基礎教育優質均衡髮展方麵具有政府主導、應用導嚮和自主創新三大特點,“泰微課”是填平城鄉教育鴻溝的一箇便捷可行的手段,為信息技術助力教育均衡髮展提供瞭新思路。“泰微課”在統籌機製、推進機製、激勵機製和多元化應用的創新實施,為大力推進“網絡學習空間人人通”提供瞭有意義的參攷與藉鑒。

To carry out the requirement of“Implementing scheme of establishing effective mechanism that expanding the coverage of high quality education resources by means of information technology”, National Center for Educational Technology investigates Taizhou’s educational informationization in March 2015. Through discussion, visiting, listening to the report, data access, field survey, study with the class, the research group got the experience of how to use educational informatization boosts balanced development of basic education in Taizhou and how to carry out Tai micro course to expanding the coverage of high quality education resources. Research Group believes Taizhou educational informatization boosts balanced development of basic education has three features:the government leading, application oriented and independent innovation. Tai micro course is a smart way to improve the education gap between Urban and rural. Meanwhile, it provides a new way to boosts balanced development of basic education by information technology. The coordinating mechanism, promoting mechanism, motivation mechanism and diversiifed applications of Tai micro course provides a good example for advancing“Online learning space for everyone”effectively.
