为进一步研究中药千金子的活性物质,将千金子粉末用乙醇室温浸泡提取,经浓缩、除脂、乙酸乙酯萃取后得到千金子乙酸乙酯萃取物,再经洗涤、重结晶得到单体化合物。通过质谱和核磁共振技术鉴定单体化合物的结构为6,7-二羟基香豆素。以 VC 为阳性对照,采用清除 DPPH 自由基实验法和对猪油的抗氧化实验,研究6,7-二羟基香豆素的抗氧化活性。结果表明,6,7二羟基香豆素清除 DPPH 自由基的体系终浓度 IC50为0.058μg/mL,远低于 VC 的体系终浓度(IC50为0.542μg/mL);油脂过氧化值实验显示,6,7-二羟基香豆素的抗氧化活性强于 VC。千金子的活性物质6,7-二羟基香豆素具有较强的抗氧化活性。
為進一步研究中藥韆金子的活性物質,將韆金子粉末用乙醇室溫浸泡提取,經濃縮、除脂、乙痠乙酯萃取後得到韆金子乙痠乙酯萃取物,再經洗滌、重結晶得到單體化閤物。通過質譜和覈磁共振技術鑒定單體化閤物的結構為6,7-二羥基香豆素。以 VC 為暘性對照,採用清除 DPPH 自由基實驗法和對豬油的抗氧化實驗,研究6,7-二羥基香豆素的抗氧化活性。結果錶明,6,7二羥基香豆素清除 DPPH 自由基的體繫終濃度 IC50為0.058μg/mL,遠低于 VC 的體繫終濃度(IC50為0.542μg/mL);油脂過氧化值實驗顯示,6,7-二羥基香豆素的抗氧化活性彊于 VC。韆金子的活性物質6,7-二羥基香豆素具有較彊的抗氧化活性。

To investigate the active substances in the seeds of euphorbia lathyris,its ethyl acetate extract was obtained after the seeds were powdered,ethanol immersion extracted,condensed,degreased and ex-tracted with ethyl acetate.The monomer compound was obtained after the ethyl acetate extract was washed and recrystallized.The compound was identified as 6,7 -dihydroxycoumarin by mass -spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance,whose antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging assay and antioxidant experiment on lard.The result showed that the IC50 values of 6,7 -dihydroxycoumarin was 0.058 μg/mL,much lower than that of Vitamine C,0.542 μg/mL.The result of lipid peroxide val-ue test showed that the antioxidant activity of 6,7 -dihydroxycoumarin was stronger than Vitamine C.
