为使榆卜界矿复矿生产,根治对相邻矿井的淹井威胁,在分析矿井突水水源、通道的基础上,通过多种注浆封堵方案的对比,采用了基于地面平台,利用钻孔控制注浆钻具定点放置保浆袋囊,灌注速凝高强注浆材料实现动水条件下大过水通道的快速可控非常规封堵方案。经过大过水通道定点筑坝封堵、坝后强度加固、坝底置换注浆、坝前引流注浆等几阶段的施工,封堵过水通道长度不足50 m,堵水率达到100%,取得了良好的实际应用效果,验证了该技术在动水大过水通道封堵中的应用价值。

In the resumption of production in Yubojie coalmine, to avoid flooding threaten from neighboring coalmines, based on water bursting source and channel analysis, through comparison of various grouting plugging schemes, a controlled borehole grouting through surface platform has been used. The method uses boring tool to fix slurry protection bag to appointed position, grout rapid hardening high strength material realized large water channel fast and controllable unconventional plugging scheme under flowing water condi?tion. After several stages of large water channel fixed point dam plugging, back dam strengthening, dam bottom replacement grouting and front of dam water diversion grouting, plugged water channel length less than 50m, water plugging rate 100%, thus have achieved good practical application effect and verified the application value of the technology in large flowing water channel plugging.
