Rural library is a cultural project benefiting the farmers implemented by the country to re?solve the difficulty of reading books and newspaper and borrowing books for the rural people. This paper combined with the development status of rural library in Xiying Town, Xiangyuan County, analyzed the problems existed in rural library and put forward some countermeasures of rural library’s sustainable de?velopment.
