根据当前我国高校大学生创业活动的类型和创业实践中的各种问题，以丽水学院汇本电子商务创业班为例，探索一种有别于传统校企合作的创业型人才培养新模式，阐述了这种创业型人才培养新模式的特点，以及创业系统中各个方面的配套改革，以期对我国高校创业型人才培养提供新的经验借鉴。

Based on the types of university students’entrepreneurial activities in China and various problems in their entrepreneurial practice,an exploration is made on a novel mode of fostering talents with entrepreneurial creativity via university-industry cooperation. This novel mode differs from the traditional mode and the Huiben Class at Lishui University is a case in point. In this paper,the features of the mode is expounded and a whole range of coordinated reforms related with the system is analyzed in the hope of offering referential experience that can be drawn on by universities in China.
