农村水环境治理是浙江省抓好生态治理，推进“五水共治”的关键工作。以浙西南农村为例，以农民的治水共识、参与行为为视角，通过对调查所得数据进行分析，探讨“五水共治”新形势下农民参与水环境治理的动力机制，提出构建政府、村企、农民“三联参与”新格局，提升农民参与治水的能动性。

The treatment of water environment in rural regions is a key to ecological and water treatment in Zhejiang province. In this paper,an analysis is made on the mechanism for facilitating farmers’participation in the treatment of water environment from the perspectives of awareness and participation actions based on the data collected in rural regions of southwest Zhejiang. A mechanism involving government, towns and villages, and individual farmers are suggested to be structured to raise farmers’participation in water management.
