龙泉青瓷有粉青、梅子青和米黄3种色调，其烧成温度一般在1310~1330℃之间。结合自身近10年来对釉烧工艺的积极实践、探索与总结，第一次较系统地、科学地提出将龙泉青瓷的釉烧工艺分成8个烧成阶段的论断，并详细阐明了各烧成阶段的目的与作用及注意事项。如能正确掌握并给予实践将有助于避免各阶段烧成可能带来的缺陷与不足，以此来进一步提高龙泉青瓷产品的釉色和成品率。此外，若巧妙地利用这些烧成带来的“缺陷与不足”同样可为龙泉青瓷创作提供新思路。
龍泉青瓷有粉青、梅子青和米黃3種色調，其燒成溫度一般在1310~1330℃之間。結閤自身近10年來對釉燒工藝的積極實踐、探索與總結，第一次較繫統地、科學地提齣將龍泉青瓷的釉燒工藝分成8箇燒成階段的論斷，併詳細闡明瞭各燒成階段的目的與作用及註意事項。如能正確掌握併給予實踐將有助于避免各階段燒成可能帶來的缺陷與不足，以此來進一步提高龍泉青瓷產品的釉色和成品率。此外，若巧妙地利用這些燒成帶來的“缺陷與不足”同樣可為龍泉青瓷創作提供新思路。
룡천청자유분청、매자청화미황3충색조，기소성온도일반재1310~1330℃지간。결합자신근10년래대유소공예적적겁실천、탐색여총결，제일차교계통지、과학지제출장룡천청자적유소공예분성8개소성계단적론단，병상세천명료각소성계단적목적여작용급주의사항。여능정학장악병급여실천장유조우피면각계단소성가능대래적결함여불족，이차래진일보제고룡천청자산품적유색화성품솔。차외，약교묘지이용저사소성대래적“결함여불족”동양가위룡천청자창작제공신사로。
Longquan celadon wares are of 3 different colors:pale blue,plum green and beige. Their sintering temperature usually reaches from 1310 to 1330℃. Based on 10-year personal practice,exploration as well as scientific and systematic analysis,the authors of this paper contend that the glaze firing process of Longquan celadon wares consists of 8 phases. The objectives and the functions of each phase are expounded in detail. It is further pointed out that a good mastery of the technology and consistent practice may help to avoid various defects that may arise from the firing process and thus help to improve the glaze colors as well as the rate of finished products,and that the tactful exploitation of the defects will provide new ideas for artistic creation of Longquan celadon.
