目的 研究裂片石莼的化学成分,明确其功效的物质基础.方法 运用柱色谱法分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定,采用自由基体外模型,对化合物的抗氧化活性进行筛选.结果 从裂片石莼氯仿部位得到5个化合物,经鉴定分别为5-羟基-3,6,7,3',4'-五甲氧基黄酮、5-羟基-6,7,3 ',4'-四甲氧基黄酮、吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮、对羟基苯甲酸和琥珀酸.结论 所有化合物均为首次从裂片石莼中分离得到,其中5-羟基-3,6,7,3',4'-五甲氧基黄酮、5-羟基-6,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮具有较强的抗氧化作用.

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Ulva fasciata and identify the material base of the efficacy.Methods The constituents of Ulva fasciata were separated and purified on chromatography of silicon gel,and then their structures were identified based on their physical and chemical nature and the specula.DPPH method was used to evaluate free radical scavenging activity of the compounds.Results Five compounds were isolated from Ulva fasciata and identified as 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,3',4'-pentamethoxyflavone,5-hydroxy-6,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone,2,5-keto-pyrrolepiperazidine,p-hydroxybenzcic acid,succinic acid.Conclusions All the compounds were isolated from Ulva fasciata for the first time,of which compound 1 and 2 showed relatively strong antioxidant activity.
