本文通过文献调研法和走访调查法，梳理了中小学《体育与健康课程》的知识体系，和走访了很多一线体育老师和专家，发现体育与健康课程知识教学实践中的几个不足：一、平行结构效果不佳；二、健康没有很好的融进体育课堂；三、体育和健康关系不明确，特提出健康知识分类融进体育实践教育课堂，并给出相应的建议。
본문통과문헌조연법화주방조사법，소리료중소학《체육여건강과정》적지식체계，화주방료흔다일선체육로사화전가，발현체육여건강과정지식교학실천중적궤개불족：일、평행결구효과불가；이、건강몰유흔호적융진체육과당；삼、체육화건강관계불명학，특제출건강지식분류융진체육실천교육과당，병급출상응적건의。
In this paper, through literature survey and visiting survey method, combing the knowledge system of primary and middle school"sports and health course", and visited a lot of a line of sports teachers and experts, found insufficient knowledge teaching practice of PE and health course:one, the poor performance of parallel structure;Second, the health is no good in sports class;Three and unclear relationship between sports and health, we put forward the health education knowl-edge classification in sports practice class, and gives corresponding Suggestions.
