目的:探讨接触系统与中性粒细胞细胞外网络(NETs)在狼疮性肾炎(LN)中的作用机制。方法 LN患者70例分为 LN 发作期组和 LN 缓解期组,另选择原发病为慢性肾小球肾炎的慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者8例作为CKD 组,正常健康查体人群22例作为健康对照组。分别检测血清中瓜氨酸化的组蛋白 H3(CitH3)和高分子量激肽原(HK)的浓度。结果①LN 发作期组血清 HK 水平明显低于其余3组;血清 CitH3水平明显高于其余3组(P <0.01)。②发作期血清 HK 水平明显低于缓解期,而血清 CitH3水平明显高于缓解期(P <0.05)。③LN 患者血清HK 水平与 CitH3水平呈负相关(r =-0.22,P <0.05)。结论接触系统和 NETs 共同参与了 LN 的进展。

목적:탐토접촉계통여중성립세포세포외망락(NETs)재랑창성신염(LN)중적작용궤제。방법 LN환자70례분위 LN 발작기조화 LN 완해기조,령선택원발병위만성신소구신염적만성신장병(CKD)환자8례작위CKD 조,정상건강사체인군22례작위건강대조조。분별검측혈청중과안산화적조단백 H3(CitH3)화고분자량격태원(HK)적농도。결과①LN 발작기조혈청 HK 수평명현저우기여3조;혈청 CitH3수평명현고우기여3조(P <0.01)。②발작기혈청 HK 수평명현저우완해기,이혈청 CitH3수평명현고우완해기(P <0.05)。③LN 환자혈청HK 수평여 CitH3수평정부상관(r =-0.22,P <0.05)。결론접촉계통화 NETs 공동삼여료 LN 적진전。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of contact system and neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)in the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis (LN).Methods A total of 70 LN patienrs were divided into LN activity stage group and LN remission stage group,8 chronic kidney disease patients whose primary disease were chronic glomerulonephritis were considered as control,22 healthy volunteers were considered as normal control.Serum concentrations of HK and CitH3 were detected using commercial ELISA kits.Results ① The serum level of HK in LN activity stage group was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P < 0.01 ),whereas the serum level of CitH3 was significantly higher than that of the other three groups (P <0.01).② The serum level of HK at activity stage was significantly lower than that at remission stage (P < 0.05 ), while the level of CitH3 was significantly higher than that at remission stage (P <0.05 ).③ Serum HK level showed a negative correlation with serum CitH3 level(r =-0.22,P <0.05).Conclusion Contact system and NETs contributed to the pathogenesis of LN together.
