随着社会环境信息对称的日趋发展，对大学信息公开的诉求也在日益加强。根据应运而生的《高等学校信息公开办法》，我国各大高校纷纷开展大学信息公开进程。本文结合国外高校的相关做法，分析国内大学信息公开的不足之处并提出相应的解决办法，认为通过坚持完善大学信息公开的制度建设、建立信息公开长效机制、提升对公开信息的管理水平三个方面，可以有效推进大学信息公开的发展进程。

With the increasing development of social environmental information symmetry, the university's information de-mands have also been strengthened. In this paper, based on the relevant practices of foreign universities, this paper analyzes the deficiency o f domestic university information disclosure and proposes the corresponding solution, think through adhere to improve the university's information publicity system construc-tion, establish long-term effective mechanism of information disclosure, improve the management level of public information three aspects can effectively promote the development of university information disclosure process.
