目的：观察飞秒激光制瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）矫正高度近视手术后角膜后表面曲率的变化。方法选择行飞秒激光制瓣LASIK矫正高度近视患者54例（102眼），分别在术前、术后1周、1月、3月、6月测量角膜后表面曲率。结果术后各时间点角膜后表面曲率同术前相比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论飞秒激光LASIK矫正高度近视术后角膜后表面曲率未发生明显变化，对于高度近视飞秒激光LASIK手术安全有效，但需要长期观察其安全性及有效性。
목적：관찰비초격광제판준분자격광원위각막마양술（LASIK）교정고도근시수술후각막후표면곡솔적변화。방법선택행비초격광제판LASIK교정고도근시환자54례（102안），분별재술전、술후1주、1월、3월、6월측량각막후표면곡솔。결과술후각시간점각막후표면곡솔동술전상비차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론비초격광LASIK교정고도근시술후각막후표면곡솔미발생명현변화，대우고도근시비초격광LASIK수술안전유효，단수요장기관찰기안전성급유효성。
Objective To observe the change of posterior corneal curvature after LASIK with Femtosecond for high my-opia. Methods Chose 54 high myopia patients (102 eyes) for the correction by LASIK with Femtosecond. The posterior corneal curvature were measured before and after operation at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months , 6 months. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the changes of posterior corneal curvature between preoperation and postoperation. Con-clusion There is no significant change after LASIK with Femtosecond for high myopia. LASIK with Femtosecond is safe and effective for high myopia. But its safety and efficacy need long-term observation.
