针对AMT气动离合器自动控制系统,采取了基于离合器接合指标逻辑切换的PID控制算法,其中电磁阀的控制采用PWM开关阀的比例控制,并基于该控制算法搭建了该系统的控制器。在AMESim中对AMT气动离合器自动操纵系统建模,并进行相关的仿真。离合器自动操纵系统的台架试验,验证了所制定的控制算法的有效性,大大提高了离合器的接合品质。

A PID control algorithm for the automatic control system of AMT pneumatic clutch is adopted based on engagement indicator logic switching of clutch, in which the proportional control of PWM on-off valve is used for solenoid valve control and the controller for the system is built based on that control algorithm. A model for the automatic control system of AMT pneumatic clutch is established with AMESim and a corresponding simulation is conducted. The results of the bench test of clutch automatic control system verify the effectiveness of the control al-gorithm set up, which greatly enhances the engagement quality of clutch.
