独立学院经过十余年的发展，其办学硬件投入不断加大并逐渐形成了一定的规模，逐步走上内涵式发展道路。当前独立学院如何结合自身办学理念和特色创新，不断完善其物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化，使校园文化建设与其他发展协调进步，体现与时俱进的精神、创新治校的观念，推动独立学院又好又快发展，成为当前一个值得重视和亟待研究的问题。
獨立學院經過十餘年的髮展，其辦學硬件投入不斷加大併逐漸形成瞭一定的規模，逐步走上內涵式髮展道路。噹前獨立學院如何結閤自身辦學理唸和特色創新，不斷完善其物質文化、行為文化、製度文化和精神文化，使校園文化建設與其他髮展協調進步，體現與時俱進的精神、創新治校的觀唸，推動獨立學院又好又快髮展，成為噹前一箇值得重視和亟待研究的問題。
독립학원경과십여년적발전，기판학경건투입불단가대병축점형성료일정적규모，축보주상내함식발전도로。당전독립학원여하결합자신판학이념화특색창신，불단완선기물질문화、행위문화、제도문화화정신문화，사교완문화건설여기타발전협조진보，체현여시구진적정신、창신치교적관념，추동독립학원우호우쾌발전，성위당전일개치득중시화극대연구적문제。
After more than ten years' development, independent college increased their educational investment in hardware and gradually formed a certain scale, gradually embarked on content development. Current Independent College educational philosophy and how to combine their specialties to innovate and improve their material culture, behavior, institutional culture and spiritual culture, so that the construction of campus culture coordination with other development progress, reflecting the spirit of the times, the concept of innovation in the governance of the school to promote sound and rapid development of in-dependent college, become a worthy of attention and urgent research problem.
