当前的高职教育在不断地进行机制、体制创新，作为以“服务地区经济发展”为着力点的高职教育，校企合作也在政府、企业和学校三方共同的努力下进一步深入发展。但整体来说，浅层次校企合作的水平还远不能满足地区经济转型、产业结构升级对职业教育的需要。校企合作中存在着人、财、物、信息、组织之间的各种壁垒和边界，使协同创新的各要素无法进行无缝对接。本文主要围绕高职院校校企合作中“产学研”协同创新当前存在的问题进行探讨分析，提出相关建议。

The current vocational education constantly mechanisms, institutional innovation, as a"service local economic development"as the focal point of vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation are the further development of the joint efforts of government, businesses and schools tripartite. But overall, the level of school-enterprise cooperation shallow still can not meet the region's economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure needs to vocational education. School-enterprise cooperation, there are various barriers and boundaries of human, financial, material, information, and or-ganizations, so that all elements of collaborative innovation can not be seamless. This paper mainly focus on school-enter-prise cooperation in vocational colleges"teaching and research"collaborative innovation to discuss current problems, make recommendations.
