目的：分析内科病区注射用质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors，PPI）使用情况，促进PPI的合理应用。方法：依据PPI应用评价标准，采用回顾性调查法，评价内科病区PPI使用率排在前三位的住院患者注射用PPI使用的合理性。结果：952例患者中，使用PPI 456例，使用率47.9%，其中不合理用药179例，占注射用PPI的39.5%。用药不合理主要表现为无指征用药、疗程过长和配伍不当。结论：我院住院患者注射用PPI不合理用药比例较高，应制定注射用PPI使用标准和规范，加强用药干预。
목적：분석내과병구주사용질자빙억제제（proton pump inhibitors，PPI）사용정황，촉진PPI적합리응용。방법：의거PPI응용평개표준，채용회고성조사법，평개내과병구PPI사용솔배재전삼위적주원환자주사용PPI사용적합이성。결과：952례환자중，사용PPI 456례，사용솔47.9%，기중불합리용약179례，점주사용PPI적39.5%。용약불합리주요표현위무지정용약、료정과장화배오불당。결론：아원주원환자주사용PPI불합리용약비례교고，응제정주사용PPI사용표준화규범，가강용약간예。
Objective: Analyze the use situation of PPI for injection in the department of internal medicine, so as to promote the reasonable application of PPI. Method: According to the PPI application evaluation standards, retrospective survey method is adopted to evaluate the rationality of the use of PPI for injection among inpatients in the top three departments of internal medicine ranking by PPI use rate; namely the department of gastroenterology, the department of respiratory medicine, and the department of cardiology. Results:Among 952 cases of inpatients, 456 have used the PPI, reaching a use rate of 47.9%, including 179 cases of irrational use of drug, accounting for 39.5% of the PPI for injection. Main reflections of the irrational use of PPI include application without indication, excessive course of treatment and improper compatibility of medicines.Conclusion:The proportion of irrational use of PPI for injection among the inpatients in this hospital is relatively high, use standards and specifications of PPI for injection should be formulated and drug intervention should be strengthened to improve the current situation of irrational use of PPI.
