Estrogen receptor-α (ER alpha) is a kind of protein molecule, the role is in combination with estrogen become estrogen receptor complexes, making estrogen produce biological effect. As a member of the nuclear receptor family of ligands activation of transcription factors, estrogen take part in the proliferation and differentiation of target cell. After years of research shows that: the function of the estrogen receptor is affected by many factors, mainly is the adjustment factor. It also has close relationship with many diseases. This paper aims to introduce its associated with related types of regulating factor and the influence of environment on the disease.
