目的：探讨对应用硝酸甘油治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者实施心理干预的效果。方法选取2014年1~12月本科收治的68例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象，均使用硝酸甘油治疗。将入选患者随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预模式。比较两组的头痛头晕、低血压、再发心绞痛及焦虑程度发生率。结果观察组的头痛头晕、低血压、再发心绞痛、HAMD评分跃8分发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对使用硝酸甘油治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者实施心理干预，能够降低患者的头痛头晕、低血压、再发心绞痛及焦虑程度发生率，提高治疗效果。
목적：탐토대응용초산감유치료불은정형심교통환자실시심리간예적효과。방법선취2014년1~12월본과수치적68례불은정형심교통환자작위연구대상，균사용초산감유치료。장입선환자수궤분위대조조(35례)화관찰조(33례)。대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여심리간예모식。비교량조적두통두훈、저혈압、재발심교통급초필정도발생솔。결과관찰조적두통두훈、저혈압、재발심교통、HAMD평분약8분발생솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대사용초산감유치료적불은정형심교통환자실시심리간예，능구강저환자적두통두훈、저혈압、재발심교통급초필정도발생솔，제고치료효과。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on patients with unstable angina pectoris treated by nitroglycerin. Methods 68 patients with unstable angina pectoris from January 2014 to December in the car-diology department of our Hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with nitroglycerin and randomly divided into the the control group (35 cases) and the observation group (33 cases).The control group was given regular nursing,the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The inci-dence rate of headache and dizziness,hypotension,recurrent angina pectoris and anxiety in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of headache and dizziness,hypotension,recurrent angina pectoris and HAMD score more than 8 points in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective psychological intervention for patients with unstable angina pectoris treated by nitroglycerin can reduce the incidence rate of headache and dizziness,hypotension,recurrent angina pectoris and anxiety,improve the cu-rative efficacy.
