目的：探究焦虑平方配合音乐疗法对高龄女性焦虑症患者身心症状及血管舒缩症状的影响。方法选择2013年1月～2014年1月在睡眠治疗中心进行治疗的高龄女性焦虑症患者80例，并按照患者的入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组患者各40例。对照组患者采用音乐疗法进行治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合焦虑平方进行治疗。结果治疗2周后，观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（ hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（ hamilton depression scale，HAMD）评分明显低于对照组，2组患者在治疗第2、4周的HAMA、HAMD比较具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组患者治疗后总功率较对照组有所增加，而在运动指数、兴奋抑制指数以及血管舒缩指数等方面均低于对照组，2组患者治疗后脑功能指数比较具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组患者治疗后焦虑率为10％，较对照组27．5％的焦虑率有明显的降低，2组患者治疗后焦虑情况比较具有统计学意义（U＝2．0185，P＝0．0435）。结论音乐疗法结合焦虑平方治疗高龄女性焦虑患者，可有效减少焦虑症状，改善患者身心状态和血管舒缩症状。
목적：탐구초필평방배합음악요법대고령녀성초필증환자신심증상급혈관서축증상적영향。방법선택2013년1월～2014년1월재수면치료중심진행치료적고령녀성초필증환자80례，병안조환자적입원순서장기분위관찰조화대조조，매조환자각40례。대조조환자채용음악요법진행치료，관찰조환자재차기출상연합초필평방진행치료。결과치료2주후，관찰조한밀이돈초필량표（ hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA）、한밀이돈억욱량표（ hamilton depression scale，HAMD）평분명현저우대조조，2조환자재치료제2、4주적HAMA、HAMD비교구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；관찰조환자치료후총공솔교대조조유소증가，이재운동지수、흥강억제지수이급혈관서축지수등방면균저우대조조，2조환자치료후뇌공능지수비교구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；관찰조환자치료후초필솔위10％，교대조조27．5％적초필솔유명현적강저，2조환자치료후초필정황비교구유통계학의의（U＝2．0185，P＝0．0435）。결론음악요법결합초필평방치료고령녀성초필환자，가유효감소초필증상，개선환자신심상태화혈관서축증상。
Objective To explore the effect of psychosomatic symptoms and vasomotor symptoms of the elderly female patients with anxiety disorder treat with Jiaolvping prescription and music.Methods 80 cases of elderly female patients with anxiety disorder were chosen in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, and in accordance with the order of admission were divided into the observation group and the control group, there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with music therapy;the patients in observation group were based on the control group were treated with Jiaolvping prescription.Results After 2 weeks treatment, the observation group HAMA, HAMD score was significantly lower than that of the control group, compared two groups of patients in the treatment of 2, 4 weeks, HAMA, HAMD had statistical significance ( P<0.05 ); the patients in observation group after treatment compared with the control group the total power increased, while in motion index, activity index and vasomotor index were lower than the control group, two groups of patients was statistically significant (P<0.05);brain function index of patients in the observation group after treatment, anxiety rate was 10%, compared with the control group of 27.5% anxiety rate significantly decreased, compared two groups of patients with anxiety after treatment with statistical significance (U=2.0185, P=0.0435).Conclusion The combination of music and Jiaolvping prescription therapy for patients with anxiety of elderly women can effectively reduce anxiety, improve the physical and mental status of patients with vasomotor symptoms.
