目的：观察胃铋镁与胃动力药伊托必利联合应用对慢性胃炎消化不良症状的疗效，为中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎提供临床依据。方法招募自2014年1月—2014年6月在厦门大学附属第一医院消化内科就诊的慢性胃炎伴消化不良患者116例，随机分为两组：对照组与观察组，各58例。对照组给予盐酸伊托必利50mg/次，3次/d，饭前30 min口服；观察组采用胃铋镁与伊托必利联合治疗，在对照组的基础上加服胃铋镁颗粒1袋/次，3次/d，饭后服用。两组疗程均为2周。观察记录治疗后两组患者的主要症状改善情况及其消失的时间，以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者消化不良症状改善的显效率为43.1%，总有效率为89.7%，分别优于对照组的20.7%和56.9%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论胃铋镁与胃动力药联合治疗慢性胃炎合并消化不良的疗效优于单独应用胃动力药，临床疗效值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound bismuth and magnesium granules combined with itopride on chronic gastritis with dyspepsia symptoms, and to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of chronic gastritis with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Methods 116 patients were recruited, who had been diagnosed as chronic gastritis with dyspepsia symptoms from January to June 2014 in the Division of Gastroenterology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, 58 patients in each group. Patients of the control group were given oral administration of itopride 50 mg tid, 30 min before the meal. Patients of the observation group were added oral administration of compound bismuth and magnesium granules1 bag tid,after the meal. The treatments lasted for 2 weeks. Thesymptoms improvement and symptoms removi ng time, ADR were recorded in all patients. Results The significant efficacy and the total efficacy rate of the symptomsimprovementin the observation group, which were 43.1% and 89.7% respectively, were significantly higher than the control group(20.7% and 56.9% ) (P<0.05).The two groups had noobvious ADR. Conclusion Combinative administration of compound bismuth and magnesium granules andgastric motor drughas better therapeutic effect thangastric motor drugmonotherapy in treating chronic gastri tis with dyspepsia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
