目的:使用Meta分析法,对α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果进行评估。方法对2010年1月—2014年12月间已发表的与α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变相关文献报道进行采集与整合,结合现有资料,分析使用α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。结果通过对5篇相关文献的分析,最终发现,相较于接受其他药物治疗的对照组患者,使用α-硫辛酸进行治疗的观察组患者治疗效果明显更佳,且患者住院期间无明显不适感或不良反应。经Meta分析,发现合并RR=1.28,95%可信区间(C1)为(1.3,1.60)。结论α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,适于临床推广应用。

Objective By using the Meta analysis, to estimate the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy for treating by α- lipoic acid. Methods Collected and integrated the relevant literature about diabetic peripheral neuropathy for treating by α- lipoic acid, which had published from January 2010 to December 2014, combined with the available data, analyzed the effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy for treating by α- lipoic acid. Results Through the analysis of 5 articles, it ultimately found that compared to accept other drugs in the treatment of the patients in the control group, the therapeutic effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy for treating by α- lipoic acid for the patients in the observation group were significantly better, and the period of hospitalization in patients with no obvious discomfort or adverse reaction. According to Meta analysis, it found that combined with RR=1.28, 95% confidence interval (C1) to (1.3, 1.60). Conclusion The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with α-lipoic acid is obvious, which is suitable for clinical application.
