目的：探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂的价值。方法将86例高血压合并高血脂患者随机均分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片口服治疗,对照组给予氨氯地平口服治疗,12周后评定两组的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者SBP、DBP明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者TG、TC、LDL、HDL均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组患者的治疗总有效率95.35%显著高于对照组的74.42%(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂疗效肯定,安全性好。
목적：탐토안록지평아탁벌타정개편치료고혈압합병고혈지적개치。방법장86례고혈압합병고혈지환자수궤균분위관찰조여대조조,관찰조급여안록지평아탁벌타정개편구복치료,대조조급여안록지평구복치료,12주후평정량조적료효。결과치료후,관찰조환자SBP、DBP명현저우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조환자TG、TC、LDL、HDL균명현우우대조조(P<0.05)；관찰조환자적치료총유효솔95.35%현저고우대조조적74.42%(P<0.05)。결론안록지평아탁벌타정개편치료고혈압합병고혈지료효긍정,안전성호。
Objective To investigate the value of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets for treating hypertension and hyperlipemia. Methods 86 cases patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia were randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. The observation group patients were treated by orally taking the amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets. The control group patients were treated by orally taking amlodipine. The effectiveness for both groups was evaluated after 12 weeks.Results SBP and DBP of the observation group patients were obviously lower than the control group after the treatment (<0.05). The TG, TC, LDL and HDL of the observation group patients were obviously better than the control group after the treatment (<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, it was obviously higher than 74.42% of the control group (<0.05).Conclusion It is effectively and securely for treating hypertension and hyperlipemia by amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets .
