目的：探讨对老年脑动脉硬化性眩晕患者采用中医辨证治疗的临床效果。方法随机收集该院于2012年12月—2013年12月收治的老年脑动脉硬化性眩晕患者60例，分为研究组与对照组，各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗，研究组给予中医辨证治疗。结果研究组的总有效率为93.94%，显著高于对照组的72.73%；研究组的不良反应发生率为0.00%，显著低于对照组的23.33%；研究组复发率为3.33%，显著低于对照组的26.67%，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对老年脑动脉硬化性眩晕患者采用中医辨证治疗，能有效改善患者临床症状，且能有效减少不良反应及复发的发生，值得推广。
목적：탐토대노년뇌동맥경화성현훈환자채용중의변증치료적림상효과。방법수궤수집해원우2012년12월—2013년12월수치적노년뇌동맥경화성현훈환자60례，분위연구조여대조조，각30례。대조조급여상규서약치료，연구조급여중의변증치료。결과연구조적총유효솔위93.94%，현저고우대조조적72.73%；연구조적불량반응발생솔위0.00%，현저저우대조조적23.33%；연구조복발솔위3.33%，현저저우대조조적26.67%，차이유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론대노년뇌동맥경화성현훈환자채용중의변증치료，능유효개선환자림상증상，차능유효감소불량반응급복발적발생，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation of 60 cases senile cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo treated.Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo from December 2012 to December 2013 were randomly collected and divided into research group and control group with 30 cases in each. Control group given conventional treatment of western medicine, the research group given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.Results The total effective rate of research group was 93.94%, significantly higher than 72.73% in control group;the incidence of adverse reactions of research group was 0.00%,significantly lower than 23.33% in the control group 23.33%;recurrence rate of research group was 3.33%, significantly less than 26.67% in the control group, the differences were statistically significance (<0.05).Conclusion Using TCM syndrome differentiation treatment to treat the elderly patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis vertigo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,effectively reduce the adverse reaction and recurrence occurred, which is worth promoting.
