目的：建立一种HPLC法同时测定五加枣仁膏滋中主要有效成分紫丁香苷和斯皮诺素含量。方法：乙腈－0．1％磷酸水溶液－梯度洗脱，检测波长：紫丁香苷检测波长为265 nm、斯皮诺素检测波长为335nm；柱温：40℃。结果：紫丁香苷、斯皮诺素进样量分别在0．16～0．80μg，0．10～0．50μg范围内线性关系良好，相关系数均为0．9999，平均加样回收率（ n＝6）分别为98．81％、99．36％。经测定五加枣仁膏滋中紫丁香苷、斯皮诺素含量分别为0．028％和0．014％。结论：本方法一次性同时测定五加枣仁膏滋中紫丁香苷、斯皮诺素含量，方法简单准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a double wavelength HPLC for simultaneous determination of syringin and spinosin contents in Wujiazaoren oral paste.Methods:The analysis was performed on gradient elution by using acetoniterile and 0.1%phosphoric acid, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Syringin and spinosin were detected at 265 nm and 335 nm, respectively.The column temperature was 40℃.Results:The calibration curves of syringin and spinosin showed good-linearity in the ranges of 0.16~0.80μg,0.10~0.50μg.The average recoveries were 98.81%and 99.36%.Conclu-sion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for simultaneously determining syringin and spinosin contents in Wujiazaoren oral paste.
