目的:探讨临床护理路径在结肠癌患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法74例行结肠癌根治术患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各37例。实验组按照制定好的临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统方式进行健康教育。比较两组患者对各规章制度、护理知识的掌握情况以及住院时间、对护理的满意度。结果实验组患者对基本规章制度、护理知识掌握程度、遵医率和患者满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者肛门通气时间、下床时间、住院时间、并发症发生例数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者按临床护理路径进行健康教育,能提高结肠癌患者的临床疗效,减少住院时间,改善护理质量,提高护理满意度,促进护患和谐。

목적:탐토림상호리로경재결장암환자위술기건강교육중적응용효과。방법74례행결장암근치술환자,수궤분위실험조여대조조,각37례。실험조안조제정호적림상호리로경진행건강교육,대조조채용전통방식진행건강교육。비교량조환자대각규장제도、호리지식적장악정황이급주원시간、대호리적만의도。결과실험조환자대기본규장제도、호리지식장악정도、준의솔화환자만의도교대조조고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);실험조환자항문통기시간、하상시간、주원시간、병발증발생례수균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대결장암환자안림상호리로경진행건강교육,능제고결장암환자적림상료효,감소주원시간,개선호리질량,제고호리만의도,촉진호환화해。
Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path in perioperative health education for colon cancer patients.Methods A total of 74 patients undergoing radical operation for colon cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. The experimental group received health education by clinical nursing path, and the control group received health education by traditional method. Understanding of rules and nursing knowledge, hospital stay and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had higher mastery degree of basic rules, nursing knowledge, prescription following rate and satisfaction than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05); and it also had better anus exhaust time, off-bed time, hospital stay, and complications cases than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education by clinical nursing path for colon cancer patients can improve their clinical effect, reduce hospital stay, improve nursing quality along with satisfaction, and promote harmonious relationship between nurse and patients.
