目的：探讨观察综合护理干预对经皮肾镜碎石取石术后患者腹胀的影响。方法920例上尿路结石患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，各460例。对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予综合护理，比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果实验组腹胀发生率明显低于对照组，排气时间明显短于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预较常规护理在经皮肾镜碎石取石术术后患者腹胀预防中的效果好，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토관찰종합호리간예대경피신경쇄석취석술후환자복창적영향。방법920례상뇨로결석환자，수궤분위대조조화실험조，각460례。대조조급여상규호리，실험조급여종합호리，비교량조환자림상호리효과。결과실험조복창발생솔명현저우대조조，배기시간명현단우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합호리간예교상규호리재경피신경쇄석취석술술후환자복창예방중적효과호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate and observe the influence comprehensive nursing intervention on abdominal distension after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods A total of 920 patients with calculus of upper urinary tract were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 460 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. Clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group had much lower incidence of abdominal distension and shorter exhaust time than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing provides better effect in prevention of abdominal distension after percutaneous nephrolithotomy than conventional nursing, and this method is worth clinical promotion.
