目的:探讨甲状腺病变中的细胞角蛋白19(CK19)、甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)与人骨髓内皮细胞标记物(HBME-1)表达及其对甲状腺肿瘤病理诊断的价值。方法收集134例甲状腺癌(123例乳头状癌和11例滤泡癌)、34例甲状腺腺瘤、20例结节性甲状腺腺肿以及10例桥本甲状腺炎患者的病理标本,检测其 CK19、TPO、Galectin-3与 HBME-1的表达情况。结果CK19、TPO、Galectin-3与 HBME-1在甲状腺肿瘤良性组织和恶性组织中的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);四项指标联合检测对于甲状腺肿瘤良恶性诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为96.3%和100.0%。结论甲状腺恶性肿瘤中 CK19、Galectin-3与 HBME-1阳性表达增高,而 TPO 表达缺失,四项指标联合检测对于甲状腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断具有重要价值。
目的:探討甲狀腺病變中的細胞角蛋白19(CK19)、甲狀腺過氧化物酶(TPO)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)與人骨髓內皮細胞標記物(HBME-1)錶達及其對甲狀腺腫瘤病理診斷的價值。方法收集134例甲狀腺癌(123例乳頭狀癌和11例濾泡癌)、34例甲狀腺腺瘤、20例結節性甲狀腺腺腫以及10例橋本甲狀腺炎患者的病理標本,檢測其 CK19、TPO、Galectin-3與 HBME-1的錶達情況。結果CK19、TPO、Galectin-3與 HBME-1在甲狀腺腫瘤良性組織和噁性組織中的暘性錶達率比較,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);四項指標聯閤檢測對于甲狀腺腫瘤良噁性診斷的敏感度和特異度分彆為96.3%和100.0%。結論甲狀腺噁性腫瘤中 CK19、Galectin-3與 HBME-1暘性錶達增高,而 TPO 錶達缺失,四項指標聯閤檢測對于甲狀腺腫瘤良噁性的診斷具有重要價值。
목적:탐토갑상선병변중적세포각단백19(CK19)、갑상선과양화물매(TPO)、반유당응집소-3(Galectin-3)여인골수내피세포표기물(HBME-1)표체급기대갑상선종류병리진단적개치。방법수집134례갑상선암(123례유두상암화11례려포암)、34례갑상선선류、20례결절성갑상선선종이급10례교본갑상선염환자적병리표본,검측기 CK19、TPO、Galectin-3여 HBME-1적표체정황。결과CK19、TPO、Galectin-3여 HBME-1재갑상선종류량성조직화악성조직중적양성표체솔비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);사항지표연합검측대우갑상선종류량악성진단적민감도화특이도분별위96.3%화100.0%。결론갑상선악성종류중 CK19、Galectin-3여 HBME-1양성표체증고,이 TPO 표체결실,사항지표연합검측대우갑상선종류량악성적진단구유중요개치。
Objective To investigate the expressions of cytokeratin 19 (CK19), thyroid peroxidase (TPO), Galectin-3, and human bone marrow endothelial cell markers (HBME-1) in thyroid lesions and their effects for pathological diagnosis of thyroid tumor. Methods Pathological samples were collected in 134 cases of thyroid cancer (123 cases of papillary carcinoma and 11 cases of follicular carcinoma), 34 cases of thyroid adenoma, 20 cases of nodositas goiter and 10 cases of Hashimoto thyroiditis. Their expressions of CK19, TPO, Galectin-3, and HBME-1 were detected. Results The difference of CK19, TPO, Galectin-3, and HBME-1 expressions between benign and malignant tissues in thyroid tumor had statistical significance (P<0.05). Combined detection of four indicators had the sensitivity and specificity as 96.3% and 100.0% for diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumor. Conclusion In malignant thyroid tumor, the positive expressions of CK19, Galectin-3, and HBME-1 were increased, while that of TPO was deficient. Combined detection of four indicators provides important diagnostic value for benign and malignant thyroid tumor.
