公司法于2013年底进行修改，主要简化了公司注册手续，降低了公司注册门槛，这就需要对公司注册登记方面的变化进行法律分析使得青年创业者对这些变化有比较清晰的认识，消除青年创业者的顾虑。在创业门槛降低的同时，青年创业的法律风险依然存在，主要集中在违反出资义务、抽逃出资、对其他发起人股东承担连带责任、受让股权等方面，非常有必要让广大青年认识到这些法律风险，在创业过程中规避这些法律风险，合法创业，诚信经营，以减少损失。
