Patient Preference%Treatment Segmentation%AHP Based on Fuzzy Linguistic Preference Relations
从风险和利益两个维度构建基于患者偏好的治疗方案风险-利益评估体系，将只需 n-1次两两比较的基于模糊语言偏好关系层次分析法用于评价指标权重的确定，并根据患者的风险态度及价值偏好对不同治疗方案进行分类，以期为以患者为中心的临床治疗方案选择提供参考。最后，以特发性矮小症治疗方案分类为例说明该方法应用的合理性。
從風險和利益兩箇維度構建基于患者偏好的治療方案風險-利益評估體繫，將隻需 n-1次兩兩比較的基于模糊語言偏好關繫層次分析法用于評價指標權重的確定，併根據患者的風險態度及價值偏好對不同治療方案進行分類，以期為以患者為中心的臨床治療方案選擇提供參攷。最後，以特髮性矮小癥治療方案分類為例說明該方法應用的閤理性。

In order to provide guidance for better patient-centered care in the practical application, the evaluative index system of treatment alternatives based on the preferences of patient is constructed in two-dimension: benefits and risk. And the weights of the evaluative indexes are elicited by an improved fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process based on fuzzy linguistic preference relations which yields consistent decision rankings from onlyn?1pairwise comparisons. Then the treatment alternatives are classified into different categories by considering the patient’s preference and attitude towards risk. Finally, an application example about treatment alternative segmentation for idiopathic short stature (ISS) is provided to illustrate application of the model.
