[目的]该研究旨在比较与分析不同产地金银花挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用HP-5MS弹性石英毛细管柱,程序升温,以 EI离子源和四极杆质量分析器进行分析,质谱图用 NIST02和 Wiley275谱库检索,鉴定金银花挥发油的各种成分,并用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。[结果]广西产金银花挥发油中鉴定出35种化学成分,主要成分为亚麻酸甲酯、软脂酸、ζ-依兰油烯等;湖南产金银花挥发油中鉴定出18种化学成分,主要成分为软脂酸、亚油酸、α-姜黄烯等。[结论]不同产地金银花挥发油的主要成分存在差异。

[목적]해연구지재비교여분석불동산지금은화휘발유적화학성분。[방법]채용HP-5MS탄성석영모세관주,정서승온,이 EI리자원화사겁간질량분석기진행분석,질보도용 NIST02화 Wiley275보고검색,감정금은화휘발유적각충성분,병용색보봉면적귀일화법측정각성분적상대백분함량。[결과]엄서산금은화휘발유중감정출35충화학성분,주요성분위아마산갑지、연지산、ζ-의란유희등;호남산금은화휘발유중감정출18충화학성분,주요성분위연지산、아유산、α-강황희등。[결론]불동산지금은화휘발유적주요성분존재차이。
Objective] This study aimed to analyze the volatile constituents in Lonicera japonica Thunb. from different origins. [Method] HP-5MS capil ary columns were used and column temperature was control ed by a program. MS analysis was per-formed with EI and quadruple mass analyzer. The volatile constituents in L. japonica Thunb. were identified by NIST02 and Wiley275 libraries, and their relative contents were determined with chromatographic peak area normalization method. [Result] Ac-cording to GC-MS total ion-current chromatograms, 35 volatile constituents were iden-tified in L. japonica Thunb. from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, mainly in-cluding methyl linolenate, n-hexadecanoic acid and ζ-muurolene; 18 volatile con-stituents were identified in L. japonica Thunb. from Hunan Province, mainly including n-hexadecanoic acid, linoleic acid and α-curcumene. [Conclusion] Main volatile con-stituents in L. japonica Thunb. from two different origins varied significantly.
