住建部批准颁布的新版《建筑工程建筑面积计算规范》( GB/T 50353-2013)于2014年7月1日起正式实施。本文通过分析建筑面积计算的新旧规范，指出两者的差别，对新规范中相关条文进行详细解释，使工程造价人员对新建筑面积计算规范有更深入的理解，同时为设计人员进行经济、合理设计提供依据。

The new "Construction GFA Norms" GB/T 50353 -2013 approved and promulgated by the Ministry of Housing Construction have been formally implemented in July 1, 2014. This paper, through the analysis of the new and old construction area calculation codes, points out the difference between the two and explains the relevant provisions in the new code in detail, so that a project cost personnel has a more in-depth understanding of the new construction area calculation rules, providing the basis for rational and e-conomical design.
