针对部分高职院校现代学徒制试点工作存在的“搬、仿、学”现象影响了高职院校的改革与发展、特色与优势的形成等现实问题，本文提出高职院校在微观层面应以实施现代学徒制等改革为突破口，依托特色专业学院、双师工作室等建设平台，具体从行业指导作用、校企深度合作、人才培养目标、专业结构调整、课程体系和教材、教育教学过程、信息技术应用、人才成长途径、评价模式改革、教师培养培训等10个方面加强与中职的有效衔接，发挥高职对中职的引领促进作用。

The phenomenon of “copy, imitate and learn” in the pilot project of modern apprenticeship affects the reform and development , the formation of characteristics and advantages of part of higher vocational colleges.Reform of modern apprenticeship should be served as the breakthrough point in the micro level supported by characteristic professional college and studio of double -quality teachers in higher vocational colleges.The paper puts forward ten ways of effective connection which play a guide role in promoting the connection between secondary and higher vocational education , specifically speaking , the guiding function of industry , the profound-cooperation between colleges and enterprises , the talents training target , the adjustment of major structure , the curriculum system and textbooks , the education and teaching process , the application of information technology , the growth path of talents , the reform of evaluation mode and the cultivation and training of teachers .
