在选定了 MS基本培养基的基础上,通过改变 NAA与 BA两种植物生长调节剂的浓度与添加量,展开了针对“湘林1号”油茶叶片脱分化后得到的愈伤组织或胚状体细胞进行的植株形态再分化试验。试验结果表明:将呈白色、黄白色或浅黄绿色、凹凸不平、质地疏松的愈伤组织块接种在 MS+NAA(0.3 mg/L)+BA(2.0 mg/L)+蔗糖(30 g/L)+琼脂(7 g/L)培养基中30 d后,在白色突起部位分化出了丛生芽且生长良好。利用油茶的再生芽接种时,其增殖系数为6.50。

재선정료 MS기본배양기적기출상,통과개변 NAA여 BA량충식물생장조절제적농도여첨가량,전개료침대“상림1호”유다협편탈분화후득도적유상조직혹배상체세포진행적식주형태재분화시험。시험결과표명:장정백색、황백색혹천황록색、요철불평、질지소송적유상조직괴접충재 MS+NAA(0.3 mg/L)+BA(2.0 mg/L)+자당(30 g/L)+경지(7 g/L)배양기중30 d후,재백색돌기부위분화출료총생아차생장량호。이용유다적재생아접충시,기증식계수위6.50。
Based on selecting MS minimal medium, through changing the concentra-tions and additive amounts of two plant growth regulators of NAA and BA, the red-ifferentiation experiments of plant morphology on cal us and embryos cel which got after the dedifferentiation of "Xianglin No.1" Camel ia oleifera Abel. were carried out. The experimental results showed that cal us lines with white, yel owish white or oys-ter colors, obvious uneven surface and loose texture were inoculated on the medi-um of MS+NAA (0.3 mg/L)+BA (2.0 mg/L)+saccharose (30 g/L)+agar (7 g/L)for 30 d, then multiple shoots were differentiated from the white protuberant part, moreover, the growth vigor was good. If inoculating using regeneration buds of C. oleifera, its multiplication coefficient was 6.50.
