目的：：探讨手术室相关感染因素及预防干预对策，以降低手术室感染。方法：对手术人员的管理、环境管理以及物品管理等可能导致手术室相关感染的因素进行分析，并采取针对性的护理干预对策。结果：人员因素、环境因素、生物因素均为可控因素，应提高认识，加强有效管理。结论：临床中预防手术室相关感染的因素较多，严格制定护理干预对策，可有效预防和降低手术室感染。

목적：：탐토수술실상관감염인소급예방간예대책，이강저수술실감염。방법：대수술인원적관리、배경관리이급물품관리등가능도치수술실상관감염적인소진행분석，병채취침대성적호리간예대책。결과：인원인소、배경인소、생물인소균위가공인소，응제고인식，가강유효관리。결론：림상중예방수술실상관감염적인소교다，엄격제정호리간예대책，가유효예방화강저수술실감염。
Objective:To investigate the factors related to the prevention of infection in the operating room and clinical care clinical intervention counter-measures,in order to reduce the operating room after infection provides ready. Methods:A survey of methods for surgical personnel management and environ-mental management,and materials management and other factors that could cause operating room associated infections analyze and take care interventions targeted countermeasures. Results:The factor of infection include:human factors,environmental factors,biological factors. Conclusion:The clinical factors as-sociated infections prevention operating room more stringent countermeasures to develop nursing interventions can effectively prevent and reduce operating room infections.
